Free Shipping on Orders Up to $75 Enjoy free shipping on all US orders of $75.00 or less!

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited options may be available at checkout

Shipping Rates Orders over $75.00 will be charged standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Whisperkidz Store cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
